To combat spam orders (dozens of ‘failed’ orders that come in hourly), you can add the plugin ‘reCAPTCHA for WooCommerce’ from the WordPress repository.

But if you login and specifically see the following warning when you go to >Dashboard >WooCommerce: “Activate PayPal Fraud Management” after logging in (see image below):
